Luxire pays US import duties — the checkout price is final for US customers.
Production: Made to order — shirts & trousers 2–3 weeks, jackets & suits 4–6 weeks. Fabrics ordered from partner mills (Alumo, Albini, Canclini, Fox Flannels, Dugdale, Minnis, Harrisons, Holland & Sherry, Molloy, Brisbane Moss, others) may add about 1 week.
Shipping: Worldwide via FedEx/DHL 2-Day, fully trackable. Delivery 2–3 business days after shipping.
Free Shipping: On orders over $200 to most countries. A flat $25 on every order to Russia, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Africa.
Duties & Taxes: Duties may apply on delivery. EU customers can order on luxire.de, where the checkout price is final. If duties apply outside the US, they're billed by FedEx/DHL on delivery. VAT not charged at checkout.
Fit Guarantee: Tell us within 30 days of delivery. If it doesn’t fit, your first remake is free on your first order; on later orders, or for a second remake, it’s 50%. Jackets, suits and coats are altered first. If we didn’t make it as ordered, it’s free on any order. See the Fit Guarantee.

How do I measure myself?
Measure a garment that fits you well — lay it flat and measure each dimension. Our measurement section includes help buttons with visual guides for each field.
What if the fit isn't right?
You’re covered by our Fit Guarantee: tell us within 30 days of delivery. If it doesn’t fit, your first remake is free on your first order; on later orders, or for a second remake, a corrected remake is 50%, and jackets, suits and coats are altered first. If we didn’t make it as ordered, it’s free — any order. See the Fit Guarantee.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes — contact us within 24 hours and we can change measurements, style choices, or other details before production begins.
How does "As Shown" work?
We replicate every style detail from the photos — same pleats, pockets, waistband, finishing. You just provide your measurements.
What does "Send a Garment" cost?
$25 for shirts or trousers, $40 for suits. We measure your garment and return it to you. The fee is added as a separate item in your cart.
