Most garments are completed within 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. Shipping via DHL Express typically adds 3–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Yes! Swatches are $1 each: tap “Order a swatch” on a fabric’s page, or “+ Swatch” in the collections. Once you’ve paid, we email you a gift card for what you paid for swatches, valid 90 days. Standard shipping applies. See our swatch page for more.

Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. To most countries, shipping is free on orders over $75 ; on smaller orders it’s $ . We offer several methods: Standard sizes (S/M/L/XL or collar size), garment measurements (measure a shirt/pant that fits you well), body measurements, or send us a garment and we'll measure it. For first-time orders, measuring a well-fitting garment is usually the most reliable approach.

You’re covered by our Fit Guarantee: tell us within 30 days of delivery. If it doesn’t fit, your first remake is free on your first order; on later orders, or for a second remake, a corrected remake is 50%, and jackets, suits and coats are altered first. If we didn’t make it as ordered, it’s free — any order.

Yes. Once you create an account, your measurement profiles are saved automatically. You can create multiple profiles (e.g., one for shirts, one for pants) and select them during checkout for a faster ordering experience.

As Shown gives you the garment with our recommended style choices — perfect if you want a great result without decisions. Customize lets you control every detail. You only pay extra for premium upgrades; most customization options are included in the base price.

Yes, monogramming is available on shirts. You can choose the text, font, color, and placement during customization.

Since every garment is made to your specifications, we don’t take returns in the usual way. Instead, our Fit Guarantee covers you: tell us within 30 days of delivery (90 days for a fault) and, depending on what went wrong, we remake it, alter it or give you credit toward your own tailor. Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned unworn within 15 days for a full refund, or exchanged for another size, shipped free. See our full returns and alterations policy for details.

Care instructions depend on the fabric. Most cotton shirts can be machine washed cold and tumble dried on low. Linen should be hung to dry. Wool trousers and jackets should be dry cleaned. Specific care instructions are included with your garment.
