Overall I‘m really happy with how my custom order turned out—with some small caveats.
I ordered a jacket from the same fabric that I had a pair of trousers made from, giving broad instructions as to button count, style choices and of course my measurements. I expected a bit of back and forth communication regarding the choice of lining, buttons and further details, which then didn‘t happen. Instead I was rather quickly informed that the jacket was already finished and waiting to be shipped out to me. Upon receiving it I noticed it was a 2-roll-3 instead of the specified 2-button closure. The workmanship is great, though, measurements spot on and I also like the rest of the detailing choices Luxire made for me. I don‘t mind the different style, actually, but I would have liked to be better informed about the progress, maybe. The product for the price is great and I am, as I said, quite happy with my purchase.

Good customer service and an excellent resize on the trousers.

Luxire's compony is the real deal, their work is expertly tailored to fit. I did not realizes this and placed my first order with the experience of buying off the rack. Please take the time to do the measurements because the item will be made to the letter of those specifications. Once the buyer does their due diligence you will have a product of the highest quality and craftsmanship.
